Our professional dog grooming services include everything from a bath and haircut to nail trimming and ear cleaning. We use only the highest quality grooming products to ensure your dog looks and feels their best. The styling itself will be in a breed specific haircut or style of your choice. The techniques offered include: clipping, scissoring and hand-stripping. Please note: not all dogs will require all of the above..

PUPPY GROOMING
Our 'Puppy Introductions' – Welcome to the Groom Room!
When it comes to the groom room, your puppy’s first grooming experiences can shape how they view grooming for the rest of their lives. In our experience, the earlier the better for getting your pup used to coming to the groomers.
These first experiences need to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible so that your pup looks forward to being groomed.
To Create a Safe and Welcoming Environment
Our ‘Puppy Intros’ are a perfect way to start, introducing your puppy to the sights, sounds and smells of the groom room, without fear or worry.
The puppy intro is a really important part of familiarising your puppy with the grooming environment and ensuring it’s a positive experience. The intro is free of charge and will only be approx. 30 mins, an opportunity just to say ‘Hello!’
To Build Lasting Relationships with Our Clients
We will also spend time with you to answer any questions you may have about grooming your puppy and their future grooming requirements, introduce you to appropriate grooming tools and provide you with a take-home information pack.
We strongly recommend our puppy intros for all breeds of dogs, as soon as they are fully vaccinated, and especially those with wool coats for whom grooming will form part of their daily lives.
PUPPY Grooming
OUR PUPPY PACKAGE
We believe that your puppy’s early grooming experiences should be built up gradually over successive visits, as suggested below. Obviously, all dogs are individual so we will happily tailor our services to meet the needs of you and your puppy.
'Puppy Intro'
Once fully vaccinated, ideally between 12 to 14 weeks old, you can bring your puppy for an introductory session. As detailed above, the sole aim of this session is to create a positive first experience of the grooming environment.
Bath & Tidy
A return visit within a week or two of their Puppy Intro to reinforce and build on their positive experience. Your puppy will have a gentle bath, blow-dry, brush and tidy, and naturally, lots of fuss and cuddles. We can trim hair from their face and feet, if needed. Plus, a gentle nail trim.
Your Puppy's 1st Groom
We will arrange a further visit a few weeks later for your puppy to come for its first groom. This will be a mini-groom including gentle bath, blow-dry, brush through, trimming of their coat (appropriate to the age and breed) including hygiene area, feet and nails, along with lots more fuss and cuddles.
From Puppy to Adulthood
We will discuss your puppy’s specific grooming requirements and agree a grooming schedule suitable for its breed, coat type and your needs and requirements.
